Last night I saw an ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE film called 'Pina' which is a documentary about Pina Bausch, a German dance choreographer. It was in 3D, I bought a choc top ice cream and haven't been this artistically inspired for a long time. I love the feeling when your toes just twiddle with energy, the need to expel this newly identified desire that will result in yet another creation. Your mind is racing and every fiber of your being wants to emulate the feeling you're experiencing from this particular amazing song or painting or in this case - film.

I've been thinking about getting into the old 'video art' sphere, apparently it's trendy or something... I think it would be fun anyway and I'm interested in the idea of the language of my work being universal over all mediums be it painting, drawing, video, sound or cross stitch or something. We'll see. God knows I'll keep you updated.

  1. Wow, these pictures are absolutely stunning! *___* I am a huge fan of dance and ballet, so I will definitely check out this documentary! Watching a docu about dance whilst eating ice cream sounds like the perfect way to spend an evening :D
